Gather your ingredients.

Set the oven at 175 degrees celsius.

Butter and sprinkle bread crumbs in a rectangular baking form. (Only butter is just fine.)

Whisk the sugar and the melted butter.

Then mix in the eggs.

Add the flour and the baking soda.

Now add the cream (milk will work perfectly to).

Now pour 2/3 of the batter into another bowl.

Add the cacao and half of the vanilla powder to the 1/3 of the batter and the rest of the vanilla powder to the 2/3 batter.

All mixed up.

Add a bottom layer of the vanilla batter and then all if the chocolate layer and finally the rest of the vanilla batter.

Then use a fork to make a pattern in your cake. Be careful not to blend the to different batters too much.

Put it in the oven at the bottom for 60 minutes.

All done.

Cut it up and enjoy! Yum.
