First put a half cup of yogurt in covered dish...

..next add 1tsp of green tea to yogurt...

..stir..

..add 1tsp honey, and stir.....

...next add 1/4 cup rolled oats....

stir...

now cover the dish and let it sit in the fridge, for an hour or over night....till oats are soft... ..And your mask is now ready to use!

...when your feeling the mood...cut 2 slices of cucumbers...or...

2 bags of soaked tea bags ..cooled in fridge...to put over your eyes...

...still not in the mood? ...No harm....

chop up some of your favorite fruit ...and you have a breakfast for 2! ....
