Gather all ingredients
Put peaches into large pot on low
Then add the rest of the ingredients, stir on occasion until butter is melted
Start making your crust while the peaches simmer
Roll out half the dough
Place it inside the pan, making sure it covers the whole thing
After the butter is completely melted, pour it in the pan
Roll out second half of dough for the top crust
Place it on top covering all peaches. Sprinkle nutmeg and sugar on top and cut small slits
Turn oven on 425 and let bake until crust is golden brown
