Cut grape tomatoes in small pieces

Add curry paste to grape tomatoes and then pound them with red curry until mix well. ( I just mixed them together with spoon)

Heat oil in a pot on medium heat and then add red curry paste with tomatoes. Stir fried until fragrant and then add ground chicken/ground pork.

After chicken 90% cook adding thin soy sauce or fish sauce, palm sugar, and tamarind paste. Stir well and continue cooking until it becomes fairly thick.

Serving in a bowl with fresh vegetables. I bet you will like it. I eat this dish with hot jasmine rice. Very yummy.
